Account
You sign in with an email address and password. Settings shows that email and your role.
Gmail
If you connect Gmail, Pitchfruit asks Google for permission to know the account email and to send email. It does not request permission to read your mailbox. The connection stores the Gmail address and an encrypted refresh token. Disconnect asks Google to revoke the token and then clears the stored token.
Not a finished legal policy
This page describes current product behavior. It is not ready to publish as the Google privacy policy until management approves the missing items. This version does not state a retention period, a full deletion process for research data, a legal entity, or whether data is used to train models.
